Michael Pütter is the owner and managing director of Puetter GmbH. With a lot of passion for the topic of marketing, he assists the customer in an advisory capacity. It is very important to him to maintain contact with our customers so that goals and wishes are optimally achieved. Due to his many years of experience at the management level in the area of marketing, online and sales, he is a welcome speaker at events or at trade fairs with his keynote lectures and practical workshop.
In addition, Michael is online marketing lecturer at the Hochschule Fresenius in Cologne and Dusseldorf and is currently doing his doctorate on the subject of buying decisions on the Internet. Privately, he likes to jog through the woods of Cologne or run a marathon in Tel Aviv, Vienna or Dusseldorf. He also likes to spend a lot of time with his two children - but they are already big.

Ever since the company was founded, Tina Bauermeister has been with Puetter GmbH as a team consultant focusing on e-commerce. She loves to juggle numbers and her job is to optimize the conversion rates of our customers’ websites and maintain an integrated view of all online marketing disciplines. Likewise, Tina is responsible for the project management for website relaunches.
In addition to 11 years of professional experience in sales and marketing at Holiday Inn, Best Western and Althoff Hotels, she has a degree as a state-certified business economist focusing on tourism, and an MBA from the University of Wales. What's more, she has completed a number of advanced education courses in the area of SEO, received the certifications to become a Google Adwords professional and passed her exams in the area of HTML5 and CSS3. In her private life, Tina likes to play handball and travel to remote lands.

Max is responsible for technical search engine optimization in our SEO team. Extensive website audits considering current SEO standards are among his daily tasks. Always with the customer's goals in mind, Max optimizes visibility in Google's search.
After successfully completing a bachelor's degree in media and event management, Max started as a trainee in the field of online marketing at Puetter Online. To power off, Max likes to go to the gym before or after work.

Annika Theisen supports our team in various areas of online marketing, such as researching and preparing workshop contents on the topics of search engine marketing and social recruiting. Annika has developed her interest in online marketing through her bachelor's studies in tourism, hotel and event management. Currently, she is extending her knowledge in the course of a master program with a focus on marketing. After work, Annika plans her next travels and spends her time at the gym and with friends.

Tobias Weisweiler supports our team in various operations in online marketing, for example content marketing and search engine optimization. During his studies in International Tourism Management, he developed a passion for online marketing which guided him into our team. In his free time, Tobias likes to play footbal and supports FC Cologne on matchdays.

Hannah Masche takes care of creating newsletters and content on social media. She has completed her Master in Media Culture at the University of Cologne and then found her way into our agency. In her spare time, Hannah enjoys cooking, jogging around in the city forest or planning her next city break on the weekend.

Janneke is responsible for content marketing and search engine optimization. Her field of activity includes the continuous online analysis of our customers: She reacts flexibly to changes in visibility and always keeps an eye on current topics. She also takes care of everything relating to website texts and blog posts - from planning to creation and optimisation, she is responsible for relevant and high-quality content.
After work she enjoys taking pictures or jogging along the Rhine in Bonn.

Anna Flimm is responsible for all activities in the field of content marketing. Anna found her way to us through her education in tourism, hotel and event management. Now she creates and optimizes texts on websites and social media channels. In her free-time she dances in a jazz and modern dance formation in the second league.

Andrea Böggering supports our SEA team. She is a graduate mathematician and has several years of work experience in search engine advertising. Analyzing numbers and data is her passion and she optimizes ads on the basis of the results. She has the Google Ads Certification and the Google Analytics Individual Qualification, and gladly to bring her expertise to our customers.
Andrea spends her free time with baking, singing (in the Cologne choir "Die Erben") or in the fresh air.

Lucas Obstfeld supports our team and creates SEA- and PPC-Campaigns. His analytical approach comes in handy for those tasks. In his dual study he learns valuable insights about business management, online marketing and public relations. After work he likes to burn of energy at the box gym.

Sabrina Kessel supports the team once a week in the field of SEA. Through her analytical interest, she helps the Puetter GmbH to create and control campaigns and content. Before starting with us, Sabrina completed her bachelor's degree in Tourism-, Hotel- and Event Management at the Hochschule Fresenius, whereby she became aware of us. In addition to working in our company, she also holds a master's degree in International Tourism Management.

Anna-Lena Treutwein supports the team in online marketing. Her field covers various operations like website-optimization and accounting tasks. In her dual marketing management study at the IUBH in Düsseldorf she deepens the theoretical aspects of business administration and marketing.
After work Anna-Lena likes to spend time in the fitness studio, dancing for carnival or planning her next trip to warm places.

Tim Fischer is our first apprentice. During his training as a marketing communications specialist, he will pass through all departments and thus gain a comprehensive insight into the world of online marketing before specialising in a specific field.In his free time he plays professional badminton in the 2nd Bundesliga at the 1. BC Bonn Beuel.
