Michael Pütter is the owner and CEO of Puetter GmbH. Working with boundless energy and enthusiasm, he locates new customers and lands contracts, maintains contact to our clients and serves as an important adviser. Thanks to his many years of experience at an executive level in the areas of marketing, online services and sales, he is a popular keynote speaker and workshop leader at a wide range of events.
Furthermore, he teaches online marketing at Fresenius College in Cologne and Düsseldorf and is currently pursuing a doctorate focusing on the topic of online purchasing decisions. When Michael is not at work, he prefers to spend time with his two kids attending Schalke football matches or go jogging.

Ever since the company was founded, Tina Bauermeister has been with Puetter GmbH as a team consultant focusing on e-commerce. She loves to juggle numbers and her job is to optimize the conversion rates of our customers’ websites and maintain an integrated view of all online marketing disciplines. Likewise, Tina is responsible for the project management for website relaunches.
In addition to 11 years of professional experience in sales and marketing at Holiday Inn, Best Western and Althoff Hotels, she has a degree as a state-certified business economist focusing on tourism, and an MBA from the University of Wales. What's more, she has completed a number of advanced education courses in the area of SEO, received the certifications to become a Google Adwords professional and passed her exams in the area of HTML5 and CSS3. In her private life, Tina likes to play handball and travel to remote lands.

Simone Beyer supports our team in SEA and SEO: consulting and performance measurement, monitoring of operations and objectives of our clients as well as optimization of content. Besides she has multi-year work experience in tourism and a master’s degree in entrepreneurship and tourism. Her thesis is about online-marketing-controlling in the hospitality industry.
Despite many years abroad and stops in Spain and South Africa she still loves to see distant places.

Cora Vartmann is responsible for social media and content marketing. She transforms mere information into exciting stories, and keeps our customers' online communities on Facebook, Instagram, etc. up to date. Born in Bielefeld, Cora Vartmann has a Bachelor's degree in media communication & journalism, and professional experience as a social media manager. In her spare time, she follows the latest fashion and food trends.

Carolin Bourauel is in charge of various operations in online marketing, content marketing and social media. This means creating and optimizing of SEO-based contributions on websites and blogs as well as the optimization of already existing content. Carolin has a master’s degree from the university of Bonn in German language and media science. Her master’s thesis is about strategic brand communication and brand identity on the social web. In her free time she likes to do zumba fitness or support her favourite ice hockey club, the cologne sharks.

Maximilian Port supports our team in various operations in online marketing: website-optimization according to SEO-standards, newsletter marketing and writing blog articles as well as monitoring of operations of our clients. During his studies of media- and event management, he discovered his interests for online marketing. Before or even after work he often goes to the gym in order to relax.

Josefine Bertram supports our team in the field of online and content marketing. This includes, but is not limited to, the creation and optimization of content on websites with careful consideration of relevant keywords. Josefine recently finished her Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management at the International University Bad Honnef and additionally plans a Master’s in digital marketing. During her free-time, Josefine likes to explore the world of fashion and beauty and spends her time cooking dishes from her favourite food blogs.

Britta Odendahl supports us in the field of content marketing. She optimizes the websites of our customers with her analytical approach, prepares newsletters, handles the editorial planning of different customer projects and evaluates the performance. Britta did a traineeship in online marketing (focus on product management) at a leading provider of hotel vouchers and short trips. Additionally she has several years of work experience as a content author for various websites. Currently she completes her part-time Marketing studies at the International University of Bad Honnef. Marketing trends inspire her very much and are always a source of inspiration. In private, she likes to discover foreign cultures, culinary delights and cultural peculiarities.

Felix Strauch is our man for the creative and design tasks. With his creativity and the knowledge gained from his successfully completed education as a technical assistant media / communication and his media economics studies, the native of Bielefeld brings color into our projects and supports us in the areas of: website-optimization according to SEO standards, website maintenance and social media. Outside the office you can find Felix in the football stadium, on the handball field or on the road.
