Michael Pütter is the owner and managing director of Puetter GmbH. With a lot of passion for the topic of marketing, he assists the customer in an advisory capacity. It is very important to him to maintain contact with our customers so that goals and wishes are optimally achieved. Due to his many years of experience at the management level in the area of marketing, online and sales, he is a welcome speaker at events or at trade fairs with his keynote lectures and practical workshop.
In addition, Michael is online marketing lecturer at the Hochschule Fresenius in Cologne and Dusseldorf and is currently doing his doctorate on the subject of buying decisions on the Internet. Privately, he likes to jog through the woods of Cologne or run a marathon in Tel Aviv, Vienna or Dusseldorf. He also likes to spend a lot of time with his two children - but they are already grown-up.

Ever since the company was founded, Tina Bauermeister has been with Puetter GmbH as a team consultant focusing on e-commerce. She loves to juggle numbers and her job is to optimize the conversion rates of our customers’ websites and maintain an integrated view of all online marketing disciplines. Likewise, Tina is responsible for the project management for website relaunches.
In addition to 11 years of professional experience in sales and marketing at Holiday Inn, Best Western and Althoff Hotels, she has a degree as a state-certified business economist focusing on tourism, and an MBA from the University of Wales. What's more, she has completed a number of advanced education courses in the area of SEO, received the certifications to become a Google Adwords professional and passed her exams in the area of HTML5 and CSS3. In her private life, Tina likes to play handball and travel to remote lands.

As Customer Success Manager, Annika is responsible for the Business Development area and takes on tasks related to the development and implementation of the Puetter Growth strategy. She supports and advises our customers to increase their performance and further develop their digital marketing strategy and is responsible for the implementation of relaunch projects and online marketing workshops.
She found her way to Puetter via her bachelor's degree in tourism, hotel and event management and subsequently completed a part-time master's degree in management with a focus on marketing, CRM and sales. For the perfect balance in everyday life, she likes to go for a big run along the Rhine.
"SEO is not a project but a process"
Max is responsible for technical search engine optimization in our SEO team. Extensive website audits considering current SEO standards are among his daily tasks. Always with the customer's goals in mind, Max optimizes visibility in Google's search.
After successfully completing a bachelor's degree in media and event management, Max started as a trainee in the field of online marketing at Puetter Online. To power off, Max likes to go to the gym before or after work.

During his international business studies with focus on marketing at the TH Köln Steven had his first contact with online marketing and SEO. After his successful graduation he started in the field of SEO as a trainee and then as an SEO manager. Steven monitors the most important KPIs of clients and performs technical SEO optimization. His core responsibilities also include reviewing and discussing reports with clients.To compensate, Steven regularly attends melee training, enjoys playing paintball or simply chilling out with friends.

During her studies of media sciences, Lena discovered her enthusiasm for everything around the topic of SEO. In the meantime, she not only has her successful degree under her belt, but also supports the team as a SEO trainee. In her free time, Lena enjoys exploring Cologne and the surrounding area on her longboard, doing things with friends, or playing the guitar.

Anna is responsible for all activities related to content marketing and search engine optimization. From extensive visibility analysis of our clients' projects to the creation of creative blog texts and high-quality website content, Anna merges creativity and analysis during her content activities.
After work, she goes to the gym for a sporting break.

Hannah Masche takes care of creating newsletters and content on social media. She has completed her Master in Media Culture at the University of Cologne and then found her way into our agency. In her spare time, Hannah enjoys cooking, jogging around in the city forest or planning her next city break on the weekend.

During her studies in the media sector, Dina was able to get to know different areas of marketing through numerous internships. In our company she is responsible for the areas of search engine optimization and content marketing. She combines an analytical approach with creative input to help clients achieve greater visibility. When creating content, she keeps both the readers and all relevant measures for the search engine in mind. After work, she likes to take a walk in the fresh air and try out new recipes.

Kristin Liffers supports our team as a trainee in the areas of content marketing and search engine optimization. She combines detailed online analysis with her creative ideas to increase the visibility of our clients. During her bachelor studies in tourism, hotel and event management Kristin developed her interest in online marketing and the digital world and found her way into our team. In her free time she spends her energy on sports, trying out new recipes or hanging out with her friends.

Tobias supports our social media team: He creates and plans posts for our clients on various social media channels, places ads on Facebook and Instagram and designs the matching creatives. During his studies, he developed a passion for the social media world and has now been part of our team for almost two years.

Anna Louisa Schulten supports our team in the SEA department. Anna is a trained hotel management assistant and has worked for a medium-sized hotel chain over the last 8 years. She has also helped to build up the boutique brand me and all hotels. She has been involved in sales and marketing for the last few years. Customer service, campaign planning and process optimization were her daily tasks. She has the Google Ads certificates and the individual Analytics certification. Anna is also about to complete her extra-occupational studies in tourism, hotel and event management in August next year. To get a healthy balance, Anna likes to do sports in her spare time and loves to cook.

Victoria Brand supports the team in the SEA area. With her enthusiasm for numbers, she helps to optimize and analyze campaigns. Her extra-occupational Master's degree in Marketing Management offers her the opportunity to expand her theoretical knowledge.
In her free time, Victoria enjoys spending time with friends, enjoying culinary delicacies or doing sports, such as gymnastics and swimming.

During her studies in "International Management" Niki discovered her passion for marketing. She has four years of experience in SEA and holds several Google Ads certificates as well as the Analytics certification. In her free time she likes to work out and try out new recipes in the kitchen.

Even during his studies in tourism, hotel and event management in Cologne, Marius was able to gain some experience abroad. After his bachelor's degree he moved to London, where he worked in business development in the tourism industry. He is also completing his MBA at the IUBH via distance learning. His great passion is traveling. Otherwise, he likes to spend his free time with friends or go jogging.

Maurice Magiera supports the team in online marketing. He analyzes website data and helps with accounting. During his dual study program in Marketing Management at the IUBH Cologne, he is deepening his theoretical knowledge in marketing and business administration.Between university and work, Maurice spends a lot of time doing sports in the fresh air or playing the piano.

Before I joined Puetter GmbH, I worked successfully in the web/video and advertising industry as well as in the national and international music industry as a producer/songwriter and content creator. Through the close contact with renowned influencers and artists - and the work that goes with it, I have also been able to gain initial experience in the online marketing sector. Thereupon I decided to do a further education. I continue to pursue my work in the field of music and try to combine both. So I have a certain amount of experience, but I am not averse to learning more.

Due to my great interest in the online world and my affinity for media, I found my way to Puetter Online as an apprentice. During my apprenticeship, I learn about the individual areas of SEO, SEA, content marketing and social media marketing and get the opportunity to work on various projects as part of the team. I quickly realized that Puetter Online was the right way for me to enter the online world. In addition to my training, I like to take my dog for a walk, play tennis, or plan my next travel destination.
